Sarvam Khalvidam Brahma
Sanskrit: सर्वं खल्विदं ब्रह्मTransliteration: Sarvaṃ Khalvidaṃ Brahma (IAST)
Translation: “All This is the Absolute”
Definition: A Great Saying (Mahāvākya) which occurs in Part 3, Chapter 14, Verse 1 of the Chāndogya Upaniṣad of the Sāma Veda.
सर्वं – Sarva – all; complete
खलु – Khalu – no doubt
इदम् – Idam – this, here, referring to something near the speaker
ब्रह्म – Brahma – the one self-existent Spirit, the Absolute
