Aishvarya

Sanskrit: ऐश्वर्य
Transliteration: Aiśvarya (IAST)
Translation: “dominion; power; lordship; divine glory; majesty; splendor; sovereignty, supremacy, power, sway
Definition:
1. An attribute of God (Īśvara) or any theistic deity.*
2. Superhuman power (either perpetual or transient, consisting, according to some, of the following eight: Aṇiman, Laghiman, Mahiman, Prāpti, Prākāmya, Vaṣitva, Īṣitva, and Kāmāvasāyitva; or, according to others, of such powers as vision, audition, cogitation, discrimination, and omniscience; and of active powers such as swiftness of thought, power of assuming forms at will, and faculty of expatiation**
