Sanskrit: सद्योमुक्ति
Transliteration: Sadyomukti
Translation: "bodiless liberation; immediately on attaining knowledge of the Self (Ātma-Jñāna), one gives up one's physical body"
Definition: "According to Advaita Vedānta, it is complete liberation from the embodied state which occurs upon realization. The embodied existence is dropped the moment liberation occurs. (See Jīvanmukti.)
